Coffee Cup a Lifesaver
Hi all, this is Jim P. and this is in regards to the Coffee Cup. Yes I would like to continue receiving the paper. I am not a subscriber to the Grapevine
and the Coffee Cup is my AA meeting by mail. It is great to have and read up and catch up on what is happening and what will be happening with Valley Hope
and recovery in general. I like reading all the articles that everyone has to share also the poems that former patients write. Many times what I read
are things that I am going through or have gone through and it really helps to remind me of where and who I am. Also it helps me to stay focused on what
I need to be doing or not doing. The Coffee Cup to me is like opening a pack of life savers, there are different colors and tastes, and they all put a smile
on your face and give you something that makes you feel better inside. That is what the CUP does for me when I read it, I get different stories and facts
about life and how to live it or not live it in recovery and that it is my choice on whether I choose to live it or loose it. The Cup is a very generous
thing you offer and for me it is a LIFESAVER, thank you VALLEYHOPE for giving it to us all. your friend in recovery, Jim P
