Our drug rehab center in Arizona is a 56-bed treatment center located in the Phoenix suburb of Chandler. It features easy access to Sky Harbor International Airport (approximately 30 minutes) and is located just to the east of Arizona Avenue. Fly to Recovery Services are also available.

Chandler Valley Hope was opened in August of 1986 and provides residential, day or partial care, medically monitored detox and family services. Professional staff also perform direct assessment and evaluation services. Chandler is JCAHO accredited.

Let us introduce you to Jeff Howard.

Jeff has been involved in the alcohol and drug treatment industry since 1989. He became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1993 and acquired his first residential program in 1997. In 1998 he became a Arizona State certified Facility manager for Assisted Living Facilities and used that licensure to pioneer a holistic 12 step treatment program founded in 2002. Recognizing the severity of the drug influx into the state of Arizona he worked to raise awareness and has served in a variety of non profit service positions.

He has trained in both the Johnson and Open model of interventions and participated in helping hundreds of addicts find the road to recovery. After selling his first treatment program focused on nutritional addiction treatment in 2009 he took a hiatus of one year. During that time he traveled to Australia dove the barrier reef and rowed his own boat through the class 5 white waters of the Grand Canyon. Upon returning home he took a nursing position with the Valley Hope Treatment program. He states “the innovative residential inpatient medical detox adjunct with Tempe’s outpatient, online counseling and DUI programs make for one of the best comprehensive models for recovery in the treatment industry”.
